Screw type or spindle is a positive displacement measuring technique where the fluid flow turns a set of screws. The screw rotation is detected by a hall effect sensor with the output frequency being proportional to volumetric flow. Screw type flow measurement is suitable for flow measurement at high operating pressures and temperatures.

The Honsberg VHS is a positive displacement screw (spindle) type flowmeter with a frequency output proportional to flow. With the A/B output specified two outputs are 90 degree phase shifted and bidirectional flow can be detected.

The Honsberg LABO-VHS-S flow switch measures flow using the volumetric principle, and is suitable for fluid, viscous, lubricant media (e.g. lubricating oil) and any other fluids that have sufficient lubricity. The positive displacement measuring principle renders the flow switch almost completely independent of viscosity.

The Honsberg LABO-VHS-I is a positive displacement screw type flowmeter used to measure the flow of viscous liquids up to 2500 l/m. This compact and lightweight instrument can be used with oils with viscosities up to 40,000 cSt.

The Honsberg LABO-VHS-U is a positive displacement screw type flowmeter used to measure the flow of viscous liquids up to 2500 l/m. This compact and lightweight instrument can be used with oils with viscosities up to 40,000 cSt.

The Honsberg LABO-VHS-F is a positive displacement screw type flowmeter used to measure the flow of viscous liquids up to 2500 l/m. This compact and lightweight instrument can be used with oils with viscosities up to 40,000 cSt.

The Honsberg LABO-VHS-C is a positive displacement screw type flowmeter used to measure the flow of viscous liquids up to 2500 l/m. This compact and lightweight instrument can be used with oils with viscosities up to 40,000 cSt.
