The REVO RT is a compact power controller unit, which integrates three closed loop PID temperature controllers, and thyristor (SCR) power controllers.
Each unit manages 3 independent temperature control loops. The unit can be purchased with the diagnostic functions for the load and for the SCRs. In this case there is
a current transformer for each channel.
Each power channel is equipped with extra rapid fuses.
The power inside the unit, current transformer and extra rapid fuses in a single unit save a considerable space inside the panel and time for wiring.
Available in the following currents: 35, 50, 75 and 90A with maximum voltages 480V and 600V.

The power controllers REVO TH are one of the latest born into the REVO family.
Despite the formidable compactness, inside there are three independent SCR power units , which thanks to thyristor abundantly oversized in their junctions, they can manage currents up to 90A with a maximum voltage of 600V.
Multiple firing modes are available as well as a selection of feedback modes so it can be used on virtually any load.
Using Modbus and/or the more common fieldbus, multiple units can be connected to each other and therefore the ideal application area is the control of heating elements on multiple zones such as the simultaneous control of multiple IR lamps.

REVO PB is a multi-channel power unit, specifically designed for multi-zone industrial applications. A basic system consists of a single three-channel module, having the same single-phase connection. Using at least three REVO PB modules for a total of 9 power channels it is possible to balance all three phases. Sophisticated algorithms synchronise loads to minimise and flatten out peak power consumption which minimises peak based tariffs, optimises power factor, minimises hrmonics and generally improves power network quality.
At every channel/zone it is possible to connect a single phase load of maximum 35A / 50A / 75A / 90A with a connection Phase – Phase or Phase – Neutral.
