The KM1 is an advanced 48 x 48mm controller with advanced features such as a dynamic display that changes colours depending on distance of process value from setpoint, an energy saving standby mode, configuration storage on a programming key that can then be transferred to other controllers, user calibration allowing for sensor correction, a 5 function timer and a working hours/days counter as well as a wattmeter for measuring instantaneous and integrated power consumption.

The KX6 is an advanced 48 x 96mm controller specifically designed to work with servomotors/motorised valves with or without position feedback as well as I/P converters. It features an optional potentiometer input for servomotor position detection that can be used for position indication and/or feedback. Potentiometer input has a calibration and self diagnostic feature as well as a servo motor stroke time auto-learning function. It also has advanced features such as a dynamic display that changes colours depending on distance of process value from setpoint, an energy saving standby mode, configuration storage on a programming key that can then be transferred to other controllers and user calibration allowing for sensor correction.

The R38 is a basic 78 x 35mm controller ideally suited to OEM applications.

Key features include a keyboard lock and parameter protection by password that prevents unwanted parameter changes. In addition individual parameters can be hidden or revealed to the operator.
Dirty operating environments are not a problem as the R38 has an IP65 front panel protection rating- alternatively, opt for Ascon
Tecnologic's patented "sensitive touch" keyboard that eliminates mechanical buttons and offers a smooth, easy-to-clean surface.

RE 92 dual loop controller with recorder and programmer functions

RE92 is an advanced dual loop controller designed for demanding industrial applications. RE92 can control two independent loops or it can be used as a cascade controller where the output of a master control loop sets the setpoint of a slave loop. With universal measuring inputs it can be used for the control of temperature and other physical values such as pressure and humidity.
The RE92 can be operated as a fixed setpoint controller or as a programmer where a time-setpoint profile is followed over a programmed cycle.
Process measurements can be recorded stored in .csv format via the RE92's SD card slot and can be downloaded remotely with the RE92's inbuilt web server function.
RS485 / Modbus serial communications is standard with Ethernet available as an option.
Configuration is easy and intuitive, either by direct entry on the instrument or by PC using the free LPCon software. The LPCon softaware allows the user to store configuration which can be copied to other RE92 controllers.
Users can update controller's software periodically as new features are added by the LUMEL development team.

K30 picture
K30 Din rail mounting controller with mini-programmer, wattmeter and independent
timer functions

The K30 is an advanced DIN railmount temperature controller that can also be configured as a programmer/profile controller.
With a width on the DIN rail of 27.8mm the K30 temperature controller is ideal for high density multi loop systems.

The K30 offers an economical alternative to PLC based multi loop temperature control systems with simple configuration, low cost and the ability to connect to HMIs. Controller configuration can be stored conveniently on the A01 key. This combined with plug in terminal blocks ensures rapid replacement in the field.

Two communications ports are provided on the K30, one TTL and one RS485. The TTL port can be connected to the P30 or P32 user interfaces whilst the RS485 can be connected to SCADA systems, supervisory PLCs or HMIs.

The K30 temperature controller also features user calibration allowing for sensor correction, a 4 function timer and a working hours/days counter as well as a wattmeter for measuring instantaneous and integrated power consumption.
