Sierra Gas Mass Flow Meters

PCS are Victorian agents for Sierra mass flow meters. Unlike volumetric devices Sierra mass flowmeters measure gas mass flow directly by thermodynamic means. The meter electronics heat up the velocity sensor to a constant temperature differential above the gas temperature and measures the cooling effect of the gas flow. The power required to maintain the differential temperature constant is proportional to the gas mass flow

Peek Doppler & Transit Time Flow Meters

Peek Measurement manufacture both transit time and doppler flow meters. Both technologies are non intrusive with sensors simply attached to the outside of the pipe-drilling into the pipe is not required. Doppler flowmeters are used with relatively dirty fluids whilst transit time meters can be used with clean fluids.
